How thermocatalytic cleaning works
Smoke is drawn in, heated to over 300 °C, and a catalyst effectively breaks down particles, carbon monoxide, and odor molecules into harmless substances like water vapor and CO₂.
Result: Completely clean exhaust air without ozone – no odor, no secondary pollution, and full compliance with current emission standards.
The unit automatically synchronizes with your roaster via the app, ensuring perfectly balanced air pressure. No unbalanced under- or overpressure that could ruin the roasting and flavor development.
