A classic Espresso Martini is usually made with vodka and coffee liqueur, but you can easily make it without alcohol by using non-alcoholic spirits.

Ingredients:

• 40 ml alkoholfri vodka (som fx Lyre’s Non-Alcoholic Vodka)
• 20 ml non-alcoholic coffee liqueur (e.g. Lyre's Coffee Liqueur)
• 30 ml freshly brewed espresso
• 10 ml sugar syrup
• Ice cubes

Tip: Shake all ingredients together in a shaker with ice and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with three coffee beans for a classic finish. You'll get the same delicious, frothy cocktail, but without the alcohol.

Cold Brew Mojito is a fresh and caffeine-rich take on the classic mojito. By using cold brew coffee and non-alcoholic rum, you get an exciting flavour combination.

Ingredients:

• 40 ml non-alcoholic rum (e.g. Lyre's White Cane Spirit)
• 100 ml cold brew coffee
• Fresh mint
• 1 tbsp cane sugar
• 20 ml fresh lime juice
• Ice cubes
• Danish water

Tip: Muddle mint and sugar in the bottom of a glass. Add lime juice, rum and cold brew coffee. Fill the glass with ice, top up with sparkling water and stir gently. This refreshing coffee drink is perfect on a hot summer day.

White Russian is a creamy cocktail made with vodka, coffee liqueur and cream. The non-alcoholic version is just as delicious, but without alcohol.

Ingredients:

• 40 ml alkoholfri vodka (som Lyre’s Non-Alcoholic Vodka)

• 30 ml cream or plant-based cream
• Ice cubes
